EFR Journey

The Journey Behind EFR

The story of EFR begins with Enrilyn Cortez Lee, also known as Lyn Lee, whose journey in marine tourism started long before EFR became a recognized trade name.

EFR was not built overnight. It was developed through years of hands-on experience in boat tours, yacht charters, client coordination, sales, and maritime support.
Early Experience in Boat Tourism

In 2015 to 2016, Ms. Lee worked with Boracay Explorer, a boat tour operator in Boracay. This gave her the opportunity to host boat tours for local and international tourists. This experience introduced her to marine tourism, guest handling, tour coordination, and customer service.

From Boat Tours to Yachting
In 2017, Ms. Lee worked as an Executive Assistant for Subic Sailing Inc. This expanded her experience from regular boat tours to yacht operations, sailing activities, and charter coordination. It also helped her understand the growing potential of yacht tourism in Subic Bay.

The Start of EFR
In 2019, Ms. Lee formed a name Everything For Rent, known as EFR. At that time, EFR was still a simple trade name. Ms. Lee worked as an agent and mediator for different yacht owners, helping connect clients with yacht charters, cruises, and private arrangements. This became the early foundation of EFR.

Pandemic Experience and La Banca Cruises
In 2021, Ms. Lee worked closely with La Banca Cruises, especially with Johnny Valdés, as an agent during the pandemic and lockdown period.
One of her achievements during this time was assisting thousands of yacht guests with the proper documentation needed to safely and legally enter Subic Bay during travel restrictions. She also introduced Sunset Dinner Cruise Joiners through social media, which later became a trend in Subic Bay.
This strengthened her experience in compliance, guest coordination, online cruise marketing, and responsible tourism operations.

Helping Other Yacht Agents
As yacht tourism grew, Ms. Lee became part of a developing community of yacht agents. She helped introduce social media as a way to sell cruises online. She also shared knowledge in sales, client handling, booking coordination, and operations. Through this, many agents were able to earn additional livelihood from yacht selling.

Representation of Filipinas Yacht Inc.
Before establishing her own corporation in 2025, Ms. Lee worked closely with Mr. Rafael Ongpin, President of Filipinas Yacht Inc. During this period, she represented Filipinas Yacht Inc. in legitimate business dealings and service arrangements related to boating, yacht operations, and maritime support.
This helped strengthen her experience in formal business coordination, client representation, and marine-related services.

Maritime Support Experience
From 2022 to present, Ms. Lee was involved in maritime support arrangements, including water taxi and picket boat services for ship agency operations, commercial vessel movements, and government-related vessel support in Subic Bay.

These projects showed that her experience was not limited to leisure yacht charters. It also expanded into practical vessel assistance, port coordination, and maritime operations.
To respect client confidentiality, specific company names, vessel names, and private project details are not publicly disclosed.

Top Selling Agent Recognition
In 2024, during the 10th Year Anniversary of Subic Fishing, Ms. Lee was awarded Top Selling Agent of the Year 2023.
This recognition reflected her strong sales performance, client trust, and active contribution to yacht and boating-related services in Subic Bay.

Yacht Liaison and Visiting Yacht Support
In 2024, Ms. Lee also acted as liaison support for private yacht owners and visiting yachts.
Her assistance included entry coordination, mooring coordination, bunkering, provisioning, and other yacht support services. This experience helped strengthen EFR’s direction toward both yacht tourism and maritime support.

Establishment of Lee-Cortez Legacy Support Services, Inc.
In 2025, Ms. Lee formally established Lee-Cortez Legacy Support Services, Inc. This became the corporate foundation behind the growing EFR services.

From a simple trade name, EFR developed into a more organized service brand connected to yacht tourism, private charters, events, maritime assistance, and destination-based experiences.
