Requirements
Applicants must be a DTI- or SEC-registered business with valid and updated business documents.
BIR Certificate of Registration / BIR 2303
For tax registration and business documentation.
SEC or DTI Registration Certificate
To confirm the business registration details.
Valid Business Permit
To confirm current business operation status.
Bank Account Details
For payment, commission, refund, or settlement purposes, when applicable.
Sample Official Receipt / Invoice
For billing and transaction documentation.
Signed Application Form
For official vendor or B2B accreditation application.
Signed NDA
To protect confidential business information, rates, and internal documents.
Signed Anti-Corruption Certification
Confirmation that the business agrees to ethical and transparent transactions.

Accreditation Process

Settle the administrative and documentation processing fee.
Processing Fee
A ₱1,000 administrative and documentation processing fee applies, inclusive of applicable notarial support.

Submission of documents and payment of processing fees do not automatically guarantee approval. All applications are subject to company review, document verification, and final approval by Lee-Cortez Legacy Support Services, Inc.

10% Starting Commission
Earn a starting commission of 10% for every confirmed and completed booking, subject to company terms and booking guidelines.

You focus on bringing the client. We handle the yacht coordination, guest assistance, service preparation, and overall client experience.
Exclusive Incentive
Qualified accounts may receive a free exclusive dinner cruise, Presidential suite accommodation, paintings and etc. once the minimum sales quota is met.
