Water Taxi Service

Water taxi service has long been part of EFR’s marine support operations. We maintain a fleet of boats for different passenger requirements, with individual capacities ranging from 10 to 75 passengers. Through the coordinated deployment of multiple boats, we can support passenger movements of up to 1,000 people.

Our trained operations team manages job orders, communication between the vessel and assigned boats, passenger coordination, accurate arrival-time updates, and required permit coordination.

We also provide floating pontoons between the water taxis and the receiving vessel, creating a safer and more stable passage during passenger transfers.

For vessel calls, EFR works directly with the vessel’s appointed ship agent to ensure that every transfer is properly coordinated and carried out safely and efficiently.
